New Zealand boxer Leroy Hindley has said that he "can't ask for much more" regarding Glasgow's hosting of the Commonwealth Games this summer.
Hindley, who will fight at 64kg in Scotland, also admitted that "there are definitely distractions" in terms of remaining focused, but has vowed to handle the pressure.
"It has been pretty good. This is my first major event but everything has been what I've expected. I can't ask for much more," Hindley told Sports Mole.
"There are definitely distractions, but that comes with the territory and you have to push all of that out. It comes down to you and how you handle all that."
Boxing at the 2014 Commonwealth Games gets underway on Friday.
