British welterweight Kell Brook is expected to make the third defence of his IBF title in Sheffield after a deal was agreed with mandatory challenger Kevin Bizier.
A purse bid had been due to take place on Tuesday, but that was scrapped as promoter Eddie Hearn secured home advantage for the Yorkshire fighter.
An official announcement will be made later this week, but Brook's meeting with the Canadian is likely to take place in his home city towards the end of March.
If he can overcome Bizier, Brook is hoping to agree to a showdown with rival Amir Khan at Wembley Stadium on June 4.
