British welterweight Kell Brook has revealed that he expects his clash with IBF champion Shawn Porter to turn into a "dog fight".
Brook has travelled to California to compete in his first world title encounter, and the Sheffield fighter has admitted that he wants to make a positive statement against the American.
The 28-year-old is quoted by Sky Sports News as saying: "I'm really excited now. I've come over here and I can already feel the buzz in the air. I've done the hard training and it's time for me to get in the ring to show the world that I am the best.
"I think at times, it will end up in a dog fight in there but I am a more polished boxer and I'm ready to do dog-fight. I'm ready to do anything to get the win."
Sports Mole has previewed the highly-anticipated contest in Carson, while also taking a look at a stacked undercard.
