Kell Brook's promoter Eddie Hearn has claimed that a potential fight with Amir Khan will be decided solely on Brook's terms.
The British boxers have been tipped to meet in the ring after 26-year-old Brook claimed that he wanted to retire the former two-time world champion.
"[Khan's] coming off back-to-back losses, he has no belt and he doesn't really bring that much to the table," Hearn told BBC Radio Sheffield. "If Amir Khan wants to fight for the title when we've won it then that'll be on our terms."
Meanwhile, Brook is expected to meet Devon Alexander in the ring for the IBF welterweight title in the United States on January 19.
