British super-middleweight Frank Buglioni will challenge for the WBA title on September 26 after defeating Fernando Castaneda on Friday evening.
Buglioni had originally been scheduled to face champion Fedor Chudinov last night, but the bout was cancelled after the Russian suffered a broken nose in training.
However, after he stopped Castaneda in five rounds at Wembley Arena, it was announced that the Londoner would face Chudinov on the final weekend in September at the same venue.
Buglioni has now won 17 of his 19 outings as a professional, while Chudinov is unbeaten in 13 contests.
