Dereck Chisora has been criticised by his own father after his press conference brawl with David Haye.
Chisora had been slammed for his behaviour before his WBC heavyweight title defeat to Vitali Klitschko for slapping the champion during the weigh-in and spat water at his brother Wladimir immediately before the actual fight.
The Brit then took exception to Haye interrupting the post-fight press conference but his father, Paul Chisora, has put the blame squarely on his son's shoulders.
"I told him in no uncertain terms that I was very, very disappointed by his behaviour. It is time he grew up," he told The Sun.
"He should concentrate on perfecting himself as a boxer. He does outrageous things but he doesn't know it gets him into trouble."
Chisora is due to appear before the British Boxing Board of Control next month, where he could be handed a ban from the sport.
