Carl Frampton has warned Kiko Martinez that he is in the best shape of his life ahead of their super bantamweight clash on Saturday night.
The Spaniard has pulled out of two previous engagements, which Frampton admits has irritated him, but they will finally stand toe to toe in Belfast.
"Waiting has really frustrated me," said the 25-year-old. "I have had a long camp, we have done probably 200 rounds of sparring.
"In every single department I am a bit better than this guy and I will prove it on Saturday.
"I am in the best shape I have ever been in and I need it to be like that because I know it is going to be a really tough one."
The IBF Intercontinental and EBU straps will be on the line.
