World super middleweight champion Carl Froch has insisted that he is supremely confident of knocking out George Groves when the two men collide in Manchester later this month.
Froch will defend his IBF and WBA titles in a domestic dust-up on November 23, taking on unbeaten Groves in a grudge match which sold out the Phones4u Arena in 11 minutes.
The 'Cobra' is adamant that he has all the tools to prove that Groves has made the step up to world level too early, while declaring that the challenger has a "glass jaw" that will help him earn an eye-catching stoppage win.
He told Sky Sports News: "It's going to end with Groves getting absolutely flattened. He's been saying all the wrong things from his point of view, to motivate me.
"I full expect to hit him very hard and knock him unconscious. The fact that he's got a glass jaw doesn't help him.
"He could hold and spoil like he did against James DeGale, but if he comes to try and win and he should do, he will get flattened."
Groves goes into the clash unbeaten in 19 professional contests, while Froch has regained his world crowns on the back of a three-fight winning streak, which continued against Mikkel Kessler in May.
