The Super Six World Boxing final bout between Carl Froch and Andre Ward will go ahead on December 17 in Atlantic City.
The clash between the super-middleweights was postponed from the original date of October 29 after Ward pulled out due to a facial cut he suffered in a sparring session.
British Froch has 28 wins to his name while American-born Ward has a 100% success record of 24 victories.
Froch currently holds the WBC title after beating Arthur Abraham last November.
