Tyson Fury: 'Dereck Chisora has fluffed his chance'

Tyson Fury rules out a rematch with Dereck Chisora and instead intends to challenge for a world title after fighting late replacement Alexander Ustinov on Saturday.

Tyson Fury has categorically ruled out a rematch with Dereck Chisora and has his heart set on a world title shot following his fight with Alexander Ustinov.

Chisora pulled out of the all-British heavyweight bout scheduled for Saturday after breaking his hand, and Belarusian Ustinov has stepped in at late notice.

Having been frustrated by two David Haye withdrawals in the recent past, Fury has no interest in giving Chisora a second chance and intends to go after WBC champion Bermane Stiverne if he is victorious in Manchester this weekend.

"Chisora had his opportunity and fluffed it up for whatever reason. Now I want Bermane Stiverne, the WBC champion, because at least I know he will fight," he told reporters.

"I am not going to keep giving someone opportunities when I know they are not going to take them, like with David Haye. Chisora is yesterday's man. I am only looking to the future. I am going to beat this fella and send him back to Belarus with a big message for Wladimir Klitschko.

"I don't think Klitschko will ever fight me. That's why I want Bermane Stiverne. I am his biggest payday and he will get the most money he will ever earn by fighting me. That's the fight I want, for the WBC title, so let's get it on here in England. I want a world title fight next."

Fury, 25, is unbeaten in his 22-fight professional career, which has included 16 knockouts.
