Tyson Fury: 'David Haye fight is not finalised'

British heavyweight Tyson Fury reveals that he has yet to sign a contract to fight David Haye in Manchester on February 8.

British heavyweight Tyson Fury has insisted that he wants David Haye to agree to pay him compensation should the former world champion pull out of their rescheduled fight next February.

It was announced on Tuesday that the two would meet in Manchester on February 8, but Fury has revealed that he won't sign a contract until he receives assurances from Haye that he will be compensated should the 32-year-old withdraw from the bout for a second time.

The unbeaten challenger told Sky Sports News: "It's one of those things where is David Haye going to stick to his guns and take the fight again, or is he going to take another fight, or fight the winner of Wladimir Klitschko and Alexander Povetkin.

"If we do go to fight again, which has been set but no contracts have been signed, I want him to sign a contract stating that if he pulls out, he has to pay for all of my training camps, and there has to be a guarantee on him in the contracts.

"I'm not going through all of this torture again, of doing weeks and weeks of training and being away from the family for months on end, for it to get to the week of the fight and him pull out."

It was revealed last weekend that Haye had suffered a cut above his eye during sparring, resulting in the postponement of the clash that was scheduled for September 28.
