British super-middleweight George Groves will face Badou Jack for the WBC title in Las Vegas on August 22.
It had previously been suggested that the bout could take place on the undercard of Floyd Mayweather Jr's next fight on September 12, but WBC chief Mauricio Sulaiman has announced that the two will meet three weeks earlier.
The encounter will represent Groves's third challenge for a world title after he previously suffered back-to-back defeats to Carl Froch.
