Former heavyweight Prizefighter champion Audley Harrison has been confirmed as part of next month's lineup at York Hall.
The 41-year-old, who won the tournament back in 2009, will return to the ring for the first time since the devastating 82-second knockout he suffered at the hands of David Price in October.
Another former champion, Martin Rogan, has also been confirmed, five years since he won the first-ever edition of the show, along with America's Travis Walker and Ian Lewison from Brixton.
Former Team GB boxing captain Thomas Stalker will also made his debut on the February 23 bill.
The 28-year-old turned professional on Wednesday, and is also a part of March's card at the Echo Arena.
"The heavyweights edition of Betfair Prizefighter is always the most popular and with these colourful characters and former champions we are expecting an instant sell out at York Hall," said Matchroom Sport promoter Eddie Hearn.
"I'm also delighted that the GB Olympic captain will make his professional debut on the show and will be live on Sky Sports."
Kell Brook - who is promoted by Matchroom Sport - fights Devon Alexander for the IBF welterweight title in Michigan in the early hours of Sunday morning.
