Bernd Bonte, the manager of Wladimir Klitschko, has indicated that the world heavyweight champion will face either Bryant Jennings or Shannon Briggs in his next fight.
After he defeated Kubrat Pulev inside five rounds last month, it was soon revealed that Klitschko would be targeting a return to the ring in New York during the spring as part of a new television deal with HBO.
Jennings, who is the mandatory challenger for the WBA title, looks the likely opponent, but according to Fightnews.com, Briggs will square off against the Ukrainian after a lengthy campaign to try to entice the younger of the Klitschko siblings into a match.
Tyson Fury is scheduled to face Klitschko late next summer after he stopped Dereck Chisora last weekend to become mandatory challenger for the WBO belt.
