Floyd Mayweather Jr. is preparing to return to the ring in May before gearing up for huge September bout, according to his adviser Leonard Ellarbe.
Mayweather last fought on May 5, when he outpointed Miguel Cotto before serving a three-month sentence for domestic abuse.
Ellarbe revealed that his charge has begun to make plans for his comeback fight but would not disclose any potential opponents.
He told ESPN: "Floyd has told us that he is fighting twice in 2013 with the first date being May 4, Cinco De Mayweather, and the second date being September 14.
"Mayweather Promotions is looking forward to these two gigantic Floyd Mayweather events in 2013.
"We are in ongoing discussions with our promotional partner Richard Schaefer to finalise the opponent and other aspects of the upcoming promotion."
Robert Guerrero and Saul Alvarez have been rumoured as Mayweather's next opponent, with Manny Pacquiao busy preparing to face Juan Manuel Marquez this weekend.
