British heavyweight David Price has been signed to fight Konstantin Airich in Stuttgart on January 25.
The 30-year-old was originally due to face Evgeny Orlov on December 14, but that bout had to be rescheduled when the Liverpool fighter was struck down by a virus.
It was thought that a new date was in the works, but promoter Sauerland have now revealed that Airich (19-7) will be stepping into the ring instead of the 6'9" Russian.
The 35-year-old Kazakh has lost his last three fights against Manuel Charr, Vyacheslav Glazkov and Odlanier Solis.
Meanwhile, Price has not fought since suffering a second straight to Tony Thompson in July.
In that time, he has signed and ditched trainer Adam Booth, and is now under the wing of Tommy Brooks.
