Gavin Rees has revealed that he is fulfilling a dream in fighting for the WBC world lightweight title in America.
The 32-year-old Welshman faces the undefeated Adrien Broner in Atlantic City on February 16 and although his American opponent will enter the fight as the huge odds-on favourite, Rees believes that he can surprise the 23-year-old.
Rees told BBC Sport: "When I heard about the fight I took it instantly. It's everyone's dream to box in a big fight in America.
"I'm looking forward to putting on a good show and causing a massive upset."
Rees has won 37 of his 39 professional fights, previously winning the WBA light-welterweight title in 2007.
