Josh Warrington has won the vacant European featherweight title with a four-round demolition of Davide Dieli.
In front of a partisan home crowd at Leeds's First Direct Arena, Warrington's work rate began to show from the start as he landed more punches on his opponent.
The home fighter was finding regular success behind the jab, dipping in and out and not allowing the Italian to land any significant blows, despite throwing 130 punches at the Englishman in the opening two rounds.
By the third round, the reigning British and Commonwealth champ was firmly in control of the bout and had his opponent on the ropes.
Inevitably, the end came in the fourth after a flurry of combinations that Dieli couldn't deal with. The Italian took a standing count before Warrington stepped in to finish the contest with another bombardment.
