Hello and welcome to Sports Mole;s live text commentary of day 15 of the Olympic boxing at London 2012.

It's the penultimate day of the Games and it throws up the first of the men's gold medal bouts.

Arguably the biggest draw of the evening is the bantamweight clash between Team GB's Luke Campbel and John Joe Nevin of Ireland.

Please note that the action gets underway at 8.30pm.

Full list of bouts:

Light flyweight:

Zou Shiming (China) vs. Kaeo Pongprayoon (Thailand)

Bantamweight:

John Joe Nevin (Ireland) vs. Luke Campbell (Great Britain)

Light welterweight:

Roniel Iglesias (Cuba) vs. Denys Berinchyk (Ukraine)

Middleweight:

Esquiva Falcao Florentino (Brazil) vs. Ryota Murata (Japan)

Heavyweight:

Oleksandr Usyk (Ukraine) vs. Clemente Russo (Italy)

10.52pmI will leave you as Japan's Ryota Murata steps up to be given his medal. Join us tomorrow from 12.30pm for the final night of the Olympics, when Freddie Evans and Anthony Joshua will strive to make it four golds for Team GB's boxing team.

10.49pmWell that's it for the first golden session of Olympic boxing! It has been a great night for Team GB, as it has been for China, Cuba, Japan and Ukraine.

10.48pmUsyk has won 14-11! Gold for Ukraine!

10.41pmIt's all square! Final Round...

10.36pmRusso takes a 3-1 lead after the first round.

10.30pmNext up: Oleksandr Usyk (Ukraine) vs. Clemente Russo (Italy)

10.25pmRoniel Iglesias Sotolongo receives his gold medal for winning the light welterweight tournament.

10.17pmMurata has taken it 14-13! The referee gave Falcao a warning in the final round that ultimately cost him the gold!

10.16pmIt's over! This will be close...

10.11pmThe Brazilian has cut the gap to just one point. He boxed better at range in that round.

10.06pmFalcao is struggling to penetrate Murata's defence and the Japanese fighter leads 5-3.

10.00pmNext up: Esquiva Falcao Florentino (Brazil) vs. Ryota Murata (Japan)

9.52pmCampbell looks close to tears as he receives a rapturous applause. Gold for Great Britain.

9.50pmJohn Joe Nevin of Ireland receives his hard-earned silver medal.

9.49pmJapan's Satoshi Shimizi and Cuba's Lazaro Alvarez are the bronze medallists in the bantamweight division.

9.47pmHere is Luke Campbell's big moment! It's time for some Chariots of Fire...

9.45pmIglesias wins 22-15. That's gold for Cuba!

9.40pmBerinchyk has fought bravely, but I think Iglesias has this one.

9.37pmIglesias leads as they enter the final round.

9.31pmThe first round has ended with Iglesias in the lead by one point.

9.25pm... of course, we will have to wait until tomorrow to see those fights.

9.24pmSo it's one down two to go for GB fighters in gold medal bouts. Now it's up to Freddie Evans and Anthony Joshua wrap up what has already been a good tournament for Rob McCracken's Olympians.

9.16pmZou Shiming is receiving his gold medal. After that, it's: Roniel Iglesias (Cuba) vs. Denys Berinchyk (Ukraine) in the light welterweight class.

9.06pmCAMPBELL WINS GOLD!

9.05pmI think Campbell has done enough to hold on for gold... decision time!

9.01pmCampbell leads by one heading into the final round.

8.56pmThe first round goes the way of Luke Campbell, who takes a 5-3 lead.

8.55pmCampbell has deinitely made the better start, but not much has been scored. He lands with a nice right.

8.53pmCampbell has landed the first couple of digs.

8.52pmI've been impressed with both fighters, but if I was pushed for an answer... Nevin.

8.51pmWho's your money on?

8.49pmNext up: John Joe Nevin (Ireland) vs. Luke Campbell (Great Britain)

8.48pmZou wins 13-10. Pongprayoon was unlucky, he produced better quality, but Zou hit and run well.

8.46pmBoth fighters receviced warnings in the final round but it's over. Could be close, but don't be surprised if Zou wins.

8.42pmZou leads 6-4, but he is spoiling the fight slightly...

8.39pmThere has not been much action as Pongprayoon is struggling to pin Zou down, who is constantly on the move.

8.36pmDecent combination to the body from Pongprayoon. He has probably had the better of the opening round, but Zou leads 2-1.

8.33pmPongprayoon is the man finding the target in the early stages.

8.30pmFive men will win Olympic gold by the end of the night, and the first two protagonists are on their way to the ring.

8.26pmFirst up tonight: Zou Shiming (China) vs. Kaeo Pongprayoon (Thailand)

8.08pmWelcome to day 14!
