Pakistan make 149 runs from their 20 overs against Australia at the World Cup in Sri Lanka.

Australia will have to reach 150 runs if they are to claim victory from their final T20 World Cup Super Eights encounter against Pakistan.

The Greens lost their openers Mohammad Hafeez (4) and Imran Nazir (14) early in their innings to the bowling of Mitchell Starc and captain Shane Watson respectively.

Those dismissals brought Nasir Jamshed and Kamran Akmal to the crease and the duo went about putting some runs on the board for Pakistan.

Jamshed went past 50 and was eventually removed five runs later by spin-bowler Xavier Doherty. Akmal soon followed when he was caught by Cameron White off the bowling of Starc.

A quick 22 from Abdul Razzaq upped Pakistan's run rate, helping them to post a competitive total from their 20 overs.

Defeat for either side is likely to see them exit the competition, while the victor will reach the semi-finals.
