Batsman Michael Carberry has admitted that England must continue to fight hard to try to save the first Ashes Test match in Brisbane.
England were dismissed for 136 all out as Australia dismantled their batting lineup during a dominate middle session on day two, but Carberry has insisted that he and his teammates must remain positive heading into the third day's play.
The 33-year-old told Sky Sports News: "The batsmen obviously feel a little bit down about the session, but the vibe in the dressing room is still pretty positive.
"We realise that there are still three days to go, so we aren't totally out of the game just yet. We've just got to come out tomorrow and fight hard."
Australia ended the day with a 224-run advantage after reaching 65-0 at the close.
