England have won the toss and opted to bowl first in the second Test against India at Lord's.

Both teams are unchanged from the opening Test, which ended in a draw at Trent Bridge last weekend.

When asked by Sky Sports News about team selection, Cook said: "It was a tough physical week, but the lads have pulled up really well."

The build-up to today's match has been marred by an incident involving James Anderson, who is alleged to have verbally abused and pushed Ravindra Jadeja after the pair left the field at Trent Bridge for lunch in the first Test last Thursday.

When asked if Anderson will be even more determined to perform today, Cook said: "He'll be desperate to let his cricket do the talking."

Both players were charged by the International Cricket Council for their conduct in the alleged incident.
