England Twenty20 captain Stuart Broad has expressed his delight after his side beat Afghanistan by 116 runs in their World Cup opener on Friday.
Luke Wright was the pick of the batsmen in Colombo with an unbeaten 99 as the defending champions booked their place in the Super Eights of the competition.
"We're delighted with that performance, it's a great way to start the tournament," Broad told Sky Sports News.
"We will have a nice relaxed day tomorrow and will turn up fresh on Sunday for the India game. We will all be fired up and wanting a win."
Following England's match with India this weekend, the Super Eights get underway on Thursday.
