England captain Jos Buttler is warned by the ICC for reacting angrily during their second ODI against Bangladesh.

England stand-in captain Jos Buttler has been warned by the International Cricket Council for his conduct in Sunday's second one-day international against Bangladesh.

The 26-year-old, who has taken the armband in the absence of Eoin Morgan, angrily confronted a number of Bangladeshi players after he was dismissed in England's 34-run defeat.

Buttler claimed after the clash that he did not take kindly to Bangladesh's celebrations, but admitted that he should have "just walked away".

As a result, Buttler has received an official reprimand from the ICC, while Bangladesh captain Mashrafe Mortaza and batsman Sabbir Rahman have been fined 20% of their match fees.

A statement from the ICC read: "Both the Bangladesh players were found to have breached Article 2.1.7 of the ICC Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel, which relates to 'using language, actions or gestures which disparage or which could provoke an aggressive reaction from a batsman upon his/her dismissal during an international match', while Buttler was guilty of violating Article 2.1.4, which deals with 'using language or a gesture that is obscene, offensive or insulting during an international match'."

The third ODI will take place in Chittagong on Wednesday.
