England lost two wickets as they attempt to chase down a victory target of 191 against the West Indies in the first Test match of the summer at Lord's this afternoon.

Stuart Broad was the most productive bowler as England eventually bowled out the tourists for a total of 345 runs in their second innings earlier today.

In reply, England skipper Andrew Strauss surrendered his wicket early when he was caught in the slips for just one run.

James Anderson replaced his captain to undertake nighwatchman duties during the remaining 15 minutes.

However, Anderson was caught by Denesh Ramdin off the bowling of Kemar Roach with six runs to his name.

That brought Jonathan Trott to the crease and the South African-born batsman was forced to survive a late appeal regarding an lbw call.

Trott will resume tomorrow morning alongside Alastair Cook with England 10-2.
