Bowling trio Stuart Broad, Tim Bresnan and Graeme Swann will all be rested for England's third one-day international with the West Indies on Friday.
All three men featured in England's eight-wicket win at the Kia Oval earlier today but will miss the series finale at Headingley.
Broad, who was also rested for the rain-affected third Test at Edgbaston, will likely be replaced in the side by young Surrey seamer Stuart Meaker, who has been called up to the squad along with James Tredwell.
The Kent off-spinner is expected to take Swann's place in a like-for-like change, while Warwickshire all-rounder Chris Woakes may replace Bresnan in the England lower order.
National selector Geoff Miller said: "The fact that we have already won the NatWest series means we are able to take the opportunity to rest three players ahead of next week's series against Australia and take a closer look at players who are likely to feature in our limited overs planning going forward."
England can complete a 3-0 series whitewash with victory at Yorkshire's home ground.
