Joe Root swept the board at this evening's England Player of the Year event.
The batsman was voted the best player in both the Test and limited-overs formats of the game, as well as being named the number one choice of the supporters.
The recognition has rounded off a positive 12 months for Root, who scored 1,316 runs from 14 Tests since the start of last summer.
In one-day internationals, the 25-year-old added a further 770 runs, with 411 more coming in Twenty20 games. During that haul, the Yorkshireman struck seven centuries.
England's 2016 Test campaign gets underway this Thursday against Sri Lanka at Headingley.
