Old Trafford will host the Ashes Test between England and Australia in 2013 after ten years of being left out of the fold.
The ground, which has held more clashes between the fierce rivals than any other British ground except the Oval, was snubbed in 2001 and 2009.
The Manchester ground will host the competition in 2013 alongside Durham. However, both venues will be replaced by Cardiff and Edgbaston for the Ashes contest two years later.
