Ian Bell's unbeaten knock of 88 has helped England secure a comfortable nine-wicket victory over India in their Tri-Series clash in Brisbane.
England, who have been awarded a bonus point for clinching victory before reaching 50 overs, dominated the day's play from the outset after India took to bat after winning the toss.
Steven Finn commanded the field with a five-wicket haul, while James Anderson took four to end India's innings all out for 153.
Bell and Moeen Ali began England's reply in confident fashion by racing to 16 without loss after the first two overs.
India found the breakthrough after losing 25 runs when Stuart Binny took out Ali for eight, but Bell continued to dominate the crease by frustrating his opponents' bowlers.
Bell managed to reach his first one-day half-century in 10 innings, and James Taylor also thrived in the pair's partnership as he hit 50 off 58 balls.
Bell's knock of 88 came off 91 deliveries, while Taylor ended the impressive innings unbeaten on 54.
