Kolkata Knight Riders have reached their first Champions League Twenty20 final after beating Hobart Hurricanes by seven wickets with five balls remaining.
The Hurricanes went into bat first, but they were dealt an early blow when Dom Michael was caught and bowled by Andre Russell for a duck.
Ben Dunk (39) and Shoaib Malik (66*) contributed the most runs for the team, who reached 20 overs on 140-6.
Gautam Gambhir was the first to go for the Knight Riders when he was bowled by Xavier Doherty after hitting 17 from 21 deliveries.
Man of the match Jacques Kallis was able to lead the way during Kolkata's innings by hitting an unbeaten 54, while Manish Pandey contributed with 40 runs of his own as they finished on 141-3.
In the final, the Knight Riders will face either Kings XI Punjab or Chennai Super Kings, who go head to head this afternoon.
