Sports Mole looks at Real Madrid's injury and suspension news ahead of their La Liga clash with Leganes.
Sports Mole

Real Madrid will be aiming to make it successive wins in La Liga when they travel to Leganes on Sunday evening.

Los Blancos lost 4-0 to Barcelona in El Clasico on October 26 before going down 3-1 to AC Milan in the Champions League on November 5.

Carlo Ancelotti's side managed to bounce back before the international break, though, beating Osasuna 4-0 at Bernabeu, and they are now only six points behind La Liga leaders Barcelona with a game in hand.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up Real Madrid's injury and suspension news ahead of their contest with Leganes, who sit down in 14th spot in the La Liga table.

Aurelien Tchouameni

Status: Out
Type of injury: Ankle
Possible return date: December 4 (vs. Athletic Bilbao)

Real Madrid will be without the services of Tchouameni until at least the early stages of December due to the ankle injury that he suffered during the recent Champions League contest with Milan.

Thibaut Courtois

Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Adductor
Possible return date: November 24 (vs. Leganes)

Real Madrid goalkeeper Courtois suffered an adductor injury while facing Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League, but he is expected to be back in the squad against Leganes.

Rodrygo

Status: Out
Type of injury: Muscle
Possible return date: December 14 (vs. Rayo Vallecano)

Real Madrid will be missing Rodrygo for at least another three weeks due to the muscular problem that he suffered during the team's La Liga clash with Osasuna before the international break.

Dani Carvajal

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Real Madrid will be without the services of Carvajal for the remainder of the 2024-25 campaign due to the severe knee injury that the right-back suffered in the clash with Villarreal on October 5.

David Alaba

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: January 9 (vs. Mallorca)

Alaba suffered an ACL injury last December, which has required two operations to fix; the defender has made progress in his recovery, though, and he is expected to be back on the field at the start of 2025.

Lucas Vazquez

Status: Out
Type of injury: Muscle
Possible return date: December 4 (vs. Athletic Bilbao)

Lucas will also be absent for Real Madrid on Sunday, with the Spaniard, who has been filling-in at right-back for the injured Carvajal, picking up a muscular problem against Osasuna.

Eder Militao

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Real Madrid will be without the services of Militao for the remainder of the campaign, as the Brazilian centre-back damaged his ACL during the clash with Osasuna before the international break.

REAL MADRID'S SUSPENSION LIST

Real Madrid have no players suspended for the La Liga clash.
