New Zealand get to 414-6 at tea on the second day of the third Test against England.

New Zealand have continued to build on their first-innings total in the third Test match against England in Auckland.

The Kiwis are on 414-6 at tea on the second day having lost two more wickets since lunch.

It was Jonathan Trott who made the breakthrough, as Brendan McCullum (38) edged behind for Matt Prior to take a good catch.

Dean Brownlie (36) lasted five more overs before chasing a wide delivery and succeeding only in finding Nick Compton at gully to become James Anderson's second victim.

BJ Watling (13) and Tim Southee (35) are at the crease and will look to continue their stubborn resistance following the break in play.
