Charlie Shreck and Ned Eckersley have agreed new contracts with Leicestershire.
Bowler Shreck, who has taken 57 wickets this term, has agreed a 12-month extension, while batsman Eckersley has committed himself to Grace Road for a further two years.
"We are delighted that Ned and Charlie have committed their futures to Leicestershire County Cricket Club," chief executive Wasim Khan told the club's official website.
"We see both players as a key part of the leadership group at Grace Road with Ned being named vice captain to Mark Cosgrove and Charlie being a role model for our younger bowlers along with Clint McKay."
Twenty-six-year-old Eckersley has scored 10 centuries for Leicestershire.
