Pakistan have recovered from a hard opening session to move to 133-4 at tea on the first day of the second Test against South Africa.
They lost four wickets before lunch but recovered slowly in the second session, putting on 73 runs without losing another wicket.
Younus Khan and Asad Shafiq both reached 50 by the end of the session as they escaped a few nervous moments to edge their side back into contention in the Test.
The partnership is worth exactly 100 from 40 overs and South Africa are 23 overs away from the second new ball.
