Nottinghamshire Outlaw have secured the YB40 title with a comfortable win over Glamorgan at Lord's on Saturday.
Glamorgan elected to field first after winning the toss and started well as they reduced the outlaws to 90-4 shortly before the innings reached the 20-over mark.
However, a fifth-wicket partnership of 99 runs between Chris Read and David Hussey helped Nottinghamshire, who were able to call on the services of Stuart Broad and Graeme Swann, to 244-8 from their 40 overs.
Broad, Samit Patel and Ajmal Shahzad all took three wickets each as Glamorgan failed to mount a real challenge, with only Chris Cooke (46) offering any real resistance with the bat.
The Welsh county were eventually dismissed for 157 runs as Nottinghamshire ended the 22-year wait for a limited-overs trophy with an emphatic victory.
