Sri Lanka have beaten India by five runs in Dhaka to claim a narrow victory in their warm-up match for the World Twenty20.
The Sri Lankans lost the toss and were put into bat first before going on to make 153-6 from their 20 overs.
India got close to reaching their target of 154, but they ultimately fell short after posting a score of 148 all out.
Sri Lankan opener Kusal Perera hit a quickfire 21 before he was caught by Mohammed Shami, while his partner Tillakaratne Dilshan managed to score just nine runs when he was trapped lbw by Ravichandran Ashwin.
Kumar Sangakkara could only contribute four runs at the crease, but knocks of 30 and 29 from Mahela Jayawardene and Dinesh Chandimal respectively helped Sri Lanka towards three figures.
Those two were removed in quick succession before Thisara Perera (18) and Nuwan Kulasekara (21) finished strongly out in the middle to steer their team beyond the 150-run mark.
Shikhar Dhawan (two) and Rohit Sharma (four) offered little at the top of the batting order for India when they started their run chase, though 41 from Suresh Raina and Yuvraj Singh's 33 helped gain some momentum.
Virat Kohli (17), Ravindra Jadeja (12), Stuart Binny (12) and Ravichandran Ashwin (19) put up some stern resistance towards the end of the innings, though they were unable to stop Sri Lanka sealing the victory.
Lasith Malinga stood out with the ball thanks to figures of 4-30, while Nuwan Kulasekara, Sachithra Senanayake, Ajantha Mendis and Rangana Herath also got in on the act.
