Wout Poels has moved into contention in the Tour of Britain after winning the fifth stage of the race in Cumbria.
Poets, who rides for Team Sky, got the better of Edvald Boasson Hagen in a sprint finish to move to within a second of the Norwegian at the top of the general classification.
Rasmus Guldhammer is in third place, half a minute behind the race leader, but Mark Cavendish and Sir Bradley Wiggins are in 69th and 95th position respectively.
Friday's sixth stage sees the field travel from Stoke-on-Trent to Nottingham.
