A Tour de France spectator has been airlifted to hospital after falling through a roof at today's Grand Depart in Yorkshire.
According to BBC Radio Sheffield, a woman suffered serious head injuries from a rooftop fall in Skipton while trying to gain a good vantage point for the cycling.
Today's opening stage began just outside Leeds at Harewood House, where the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge cut the ribbon to officially start the 2014 race.
It finishes in Harrogate later this afternoon before another stage in Yorkshire between York and Sheffield tomorrow.
The English leg of the famous bike race ends with Monday's stage from Cambridge to London.
