Adrian Lewis has declared that he is 'feeling good about his game' having moved on from his disappointing exit at the World Championship last month.
The 54-year-old suffered defeat at the hands of Raymond van Barneveld at Alexendra Palace as his search for a third world crown ended at the last-16 stage.
However, The Jackpot had little trouble overcoming Stoke rival Ian White in the opening round of the Masters last night, hitting 10 of his 15 attempts at a double to cruise into the last eight with 10-4 win.
"I missed too many doubles in the World Championship but my finishing today was very good and I improved that today," Lewis is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News.
"I've put a lot of work in over the last couple of weeks and I feel good about my game."
Lewis will take on Peter Wright in the next round of the tournament.
