Alfie opens up to Ian, who suggests he go on a holiday to celebrate the end of his cancer treatment.
Linda apologies to Alfie for avoiding him. After revealing that he's going on holiday, he invites Linda to join him.
Jack wakes up at Stacey's, having spent the night, but when he arrives home he lies to Denise and tells her that he slept on the sofa.
On the day of the cafe reopening, Nish and Kat discover that there has been a leak and the floor may have to be ripped up and replaced. The women gather for a crisis meeting, and later, Denise visits Pastor Clayton, who advises her to unburden herself from her torment...
Eddie arrives at The Vic to share the news that he's being given an award for championing diversity in boxing, but Gina's wary of his 'nice guy' act.
Bernie comes up with a plan to win her old job back and before too long Nish has offered her the manager's position. But he berates her for accidentally playing an old voice note from Keanu - and then, Karen suddenly arrives...

Stacey's shocked to hear that Linda is leaving and pays her a visit.
Karen refuses to pay Phil and twists the knife with comments about how close Kat and Nish are getting. Later, Phil seeks Kathy's advice on what to do with her.
Eddie receives a call from Gloria - and he tells her that everything is going to plan...
