Stuart insists to Rainie that the holistic way is the right way when it comes to dealing with his cancer, but their discussion is sidelined when they return home to find a heavily-pregnant Bernie.
After Sonia inadvertently reveals news of Stuart's cancer to Bernie, she heads back to confront the Highways but when she does, her waters break.
Also: Tommy insists to the police that what happened was an accident and later, at the prison, Kat tells Phil that he's partly to blame.

Chelsea does her best to talk to Mack and Mia after they lock themselves in the house, while Isaac reveals to the rest of the family that he's going to Trinidad tomorrow.
