Rocky's nervous as he heads off for his court appearance for keying Ethan's car. Dotty compounds the stresses of the day by revealing that her mum is back so she needs him to scam more money off Peter to pay for her rehab.
Janine flirts with a customer so that Liam can steal his car keys but Liam doesn't take the hint.
Sharon tells Phil about Alyssa and reveals that she's applying for joint custody.
Chelsea and Denise realise they have both booked their weddings for Christmas Day, but Gray's worried about the expense anyway and asks Chelsea if they can delay their union. She refuses to budge.
Having learned that Peter's working on a bid to sponsor the Albert Square Christmas tree, Janine suggests to Mick that The Vic should go for it as well.

A furious Peter accosts Mick after learning that The Vic outbid him to sponsor the Christmas tree. Rainie and Stuart listen on, realising that they've lost too.
Kat vents to Stacey after Phil gets a gift for Sharon and Alyssa.
Rocky arrives at Walford East to help out Kathy and is touched when he realises they've thrown him a surprise 60th birthday party.
Having decided to come clean to Sonia and Kathy, Rocky writes them a letter and prepares to leave Walford - but suddenly, he grabs his chest and collapses.
Also: Gray gets an idea after Chelsea points out that they are going to need a new car fit for a family of five.

Phil quizzes Jada about why she left Alyssa on the doorstep and tells her to sling her hook again just as Sharon enters.
