After telling the kids the news of their divorce, Laurel asks Jai to move out and back into Holdgate but he insists on taking Archie with him.
Matty's delighted to hear about Samson's confession but he's soon left paralysed with fear when he returns to his cell to find transphobe Robbo waiting for him. Meanwhile, Cain heads round to the Dingles to ensure that Samson doesn't run away again.
Rose watches on as Will tells Kim that it's time for her to go, so she intervenes by setting a horse loose and chaos ensues. Later she receives a mystery message and heads to the village outskirts, where a dealer gives her a vial of tranquilliser and tells her to await further instructions.
Liam resigns himself to being single, but Manpreet encourages him to give things another go with Chas.

Rose's plan seems to be going perfectly but just as Will is about to have a sip from the spiked drink, Dawn and Kim return home and two more glasses are poured... and in the process Rose loses track of which drink has been spiked.
