Equestrian star Zara Phillips has insisted that she has picked up where she left off in the sport after giving birth to her first child.
The 33-year-old and former England rugby star Mike Tindall welcomed their first daughter Mia Grace into their family on January 17.
Phillips, who is Queen Elizabeth II's fourth great-grandchild, helped Great Britain win silver in the showjumping at the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games in Normandy earlier this year.
"It was harder than I thought it was going to be," Phillips told the CNN Equestrian Show. "I had a lot of friends who said, 'don't come back too quickly.' I sat on a horse about five weeks after [giving birth].
"I always wanted to get back for the Worlds at the right time. I've given myself enough time to get back where I left off."
Great Britain also qualified for the 2016 Rio Olympics following their performance at the World Games.
