FIFA 22 Ultimate Team players have been eagerly anticipating the release of the 29th instalment of the Team of the Week, with players from across the globe seeing their stats boosted following stellar displays in their respective leagues.

Here, Sports Mole takes a closer look at the standout performers to make the cut this week, as well all the players to have been rewarded with a coveted in-form card.

NEYMAR - 93

Numerous Paris Saint-Germain supporters will rightly feel confused at the lack of an in-form card for Kylian Mbappe, but Neymar certainly pulled his own weight in the recent thumping of Lorient.

The 30-year-old came up with two of his side's quintet of goals on the day and was unlucky not to add to his assists column as well, tallying five key passes for Mauricio Pochettino's side.

Already boasting one TOTW card in the game, Neymar's latest upgraded item has been boosted to a 93 rating, while 96 dribbling and 93 pace makes him a very attractive option on the left-hand side of the attack.

RAHEEM STERLING - 91

In contrast to his South American counterpart, Raheem Sterling was all about the assists at Turf Moor, as Manchester City quickly knocked Liverpool off their perch with a professional showing against Burnley.

Sterling set up Ilkay Gundogan and Kevin De Bruyne within the first 25 minutes of a sublime showing, during which he also succeeded with two out of three dribble attempts and posted a 90% pass accuracy.

The attacker is certainly no stranger to special cards in FIFA and has now been rewarded with his third in-form of the current edition, with this 91-rated card boasting eye-catching statistics of 94 pace, 91 dribbling and 86 shooting.

HENRIKH MKHITARYAN - 85

Still capable of turning up the heat in the big moments at the age of 33, Roma's Henrikh Mkhitaryan returned from the international break with a bang to send Jose Mourinho's side on their way to victory against Sampdoria.

With 27 minutes on the clock, the former Arsenal and Manchester United man decided the contest after being in the right place at the right time to bundle home and also played his part defensively with four clearances and two tackles.

Mkhitaryan's first in-form of the game may not be the highest rated at just 85, but statistics of 85 dribbling, 83 shooting and 82 passing cannot be overlooked for those seeking to bolster their Serie A midfield or attacking line.
