Aberdeen manager Derek McInnes has claimed that his side can beat Celtic in Saturday's Scottish Premiership match at Pittodrie.
The Dons are going for their sixth straight league win this season, but lost all four matches against the champions last term.
McInnes told reporters: "Those results against Celtic last season are well documented and I am constantly reminded about them but I still maintain we played well.
"We know it's a big game for us but, domestically, Celtic will see this as one of the toughest challenges of their season.
"The aim is always to win and some games are tougher than others. Naturally, games against Celtic are tougher to win but we still feel we can win it."
Aberdeen finished second in the Scottish Premiership last season, 17 points behind the Hoops.
