AC Milan's on-loan striker Mattia Destro is open to extending his stay with Filippo Inzaghi's side, according to his agent Claudio Vigorelli.
The 24-year-old is due to return to parent club Roma at the end of the season, and it seems unlikely that Milan will exercise their option to permanently sign Destro for £11.5m, though extending the loan deal appears a possibility.
"We have to wait for the final games before judging the situation. The player arrived in Milan with great enthusiasm and I think over these last few months the Rossoneri saw his quality," Vigorelli told Gazzetta TV.
"Will there be a new loan? We'll evaluate everything once the season has concluded, but I won't rule out this possibility."
Destro, however, has struggled to make much of an impression at San Siro, scoring just twice since making the switch in January.
