Adriano Galliani: 'Alexandre Pato to remain at AC Milan'

AC Milan CEO Adriano Galliani confirms that striker Alexandre Pato will remain at the club next season.

AC Milan striker Alexandre Pato will remain at the club next season, according to the club's CEO Adriano Galliani.

It had been reported that the 22-year-old would depart the Italian club in the summer with Paris Saint-Germain interested, but it now appears that he will remain with the Serie A outfit.

"Pato will stay at Milan. He will leave neither on a permanent deal, nor on loan. He will recuperate from his injury here with us," Galliani told Lancenet.

Pato has scored 61 goals in 143 appearances for the club.
