Veteran striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is reportedly looking to extend his deal with AC Milan for another season.
The 39-year-old is currently enjoying his second stint with the Rossoneri and was the hero of the hour in the Derby della Madonnina against Inter Milan, scoring both goals in a 2-1 victory to take his tally to the season to four in two Serie A matches.
Ibrahimovic is contracted to Milan until 2021 as he approaches his forties, but according to Corriere della Sera, the former Sweden international feels fit enough to keep going for another year.
The report claims that Ibrahimovic's agent Mino Raiola has already begun talks with the Rossoneri over a new deal, but a decision will not be reached until the end of the current campaign.
In a distinguished and often controversial playing career, Ibrahimovic has amassed 490 goals from 811 competitive matches at club level, including 16 in 23 since returning to AC Milan last year.
Milan will endeavour to keep their strong run of form going when they meet Celtic on Thursday in the Europa League.
