Fiorentina striker Nikola Kalinic has reportedly agreed personal terms with AC Milan over a proposed move to San Siro.
Everton were thought to be interested in the 29-year-old as they look for another striker to help replace Romelu Lukaku's goals, but the Toffees appear to have missed out on their man.
Gazzetta dello Sport claims that Kalinic has come to an agreement with Milan over a four-year contract worth around £50,000 per week.
However, the two clubs have not yet agreed a fee for the Croatia international, with Milan's opening bid of £20m falling below Fiorentina's asking price.
Despite the speculation over his future, Kalinic - who scored 15 Serie A goals last season - has travelled with the Fiorentina squad on their pre-season tour of Germany.
